2. Document Guidance

Each claim requires specific documents. We will provide you with a clear checklist and guide you in collecting everything needed.

3. Submission & Follow-up

We take over the process of submitting the claim to the insurer and actively follow up, keeping you informed at every stage.

Be Prepared

Document Checklist

A general list of required documents. We'll provide a specific list based on your situation.

For cashless and reimbursement claims:

  • Claim form, duly signed.
  • Copy of Health Card / Policy document.
  • Patient's and insured's ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN).
  • Discharge summary from the hospital.
  • All original hospital bills and payment receipts.
  • Original pharmacy bills with prescriptions.
  • Investigation reports (like X-rays, blood reports).

For accident or theft claims:

  • Claim form, duly signed.
  • Copy of vehicle Registration Certificate (RC).
  • Copy of Driving License of the person driving at the time of accident.
  • Copy of Policy document.
  • FIR from the police (in case of major accident, theft, or third-party injury/damage).
  • Repair estimates from the garage.

For death claims:

  • Claim form, duly filled by the nominee.
  • Original policy documents.
  • Original or attested copy of the Death Certificate.
  • Nominee's ID proof and address proof.
  • Nominee's bank account details (cancelled cheque or passbook copy).
  • Medical records if the death was due to illness.
  • FIR or Post Mortem Report if death was due to an accident.

Depending on the type of claim (medical, baggage loss, etc.):

  • Claim form, duly signed.
  • Copy of policy document and passport with visa stamps.
  • For medical claims: Doctor's report, bills, and prescriptions.
  • For baggage loss/delay: Property Irregularity Report from the airline.
  • For trip cancellation: Proof of reason for cancellation (e.g., medical certificate).
